All products are shipped within 2-3 days business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery through USPS, longer times may occur during holidays and peak seasons.
Return / Exchange Policy:
All orders will be charged tax, shipping rates apply based on shipping method. If an item is damaged during shipping, please do not open the product. Reach out to us via email or phone for a replacement.
Since these products are considered food/consumables, we are unable to take returns. If you feel there is an issue that requires a refund or replacement, please reach out to us and we will work to resolve the situation.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us f the item is defective or damaged, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Food items / supplements cannot be returned. We will gladly replace damaged items.
Any approved refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
